The plain-language rules for using Centrail.
Centrail tracks your AI usage, cost, and environmental footprint. These terms cover using the product — see our Privacy policy for how your data is handled.
What the service is
Centrail is a personal AI usage, cost, and footprint tracker. A CLI syncs usage metrics from your local agent logs, you can import chat exports from other providers, and you can generate public share cards (pledge pages) and use our public estimate calculator.
We never collect your code, prompts, responses, diffs, or commit messages — git stats are computed on your machine. See the Privacy policy for the full detail.
Your account
One account per person, with accurate info. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account any time from the Danger zone on your Profile page. Deleting it removes your data and disables your public pledge links.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse share cards (offensive display names, for example), scrape other users' data, try to access data you don't own, or use Centrail for anything illegal.
Pricing
Individual use is free: one active device and your full stored history. A personal Pro plan costs $6 per month for three active devices, billed monthly to you through Stripe. A team costs $49 per month for its first five accepted members and $10 per month for each additional member, billed monthly to the team's owner through Stripe. Cancel either anytime from Settings → Plan & billing; your stored data stays yours, and devices you already paired are never revoked when a plan ends. Current prices are on the pricing page; existing subscriptions keep the terms on their invoices until you change them, and we'll give notice before changing prices.
No warranty
Centrail is provided "as is," with no uptime guarantee (no SLA). We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it'll always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us — $0 if you use the free plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we'll let you know on the site or by email.
